Schneiderman has filed a law suit against Western Sky Financial and its affiliates for violating New York rate caps.   It was found that the lender was offering short-term loans at interest rates of more than 300 per cent and the authorities are working to ensure that the low interest rates are offered in the state. image Washington: Internet Corporation Yahoo is reportedly going to change its corporate logo for the first time since the company was founded 18 years ago.   According to CNN, Yahoo has announced that it will release its new logo on September 4 which will retain the current purple color and its trademark exclamation point.   Yahoo's Chief Marketing Officer Kathy Savitt said that while the company is rapidly evolving, its logo, which is the essence of the brand, should evolve as well.   The company will display varied versions of the logo on its homepage and throughout its network in the US for each of the next 30 days in a bid to create some buzz around the change.
