Mangalwara Police Station, wants to keep crime records also needed to be computerized with the introduction of computer technology. As part of the countrywide programme of computerization of crime records, the state police established its computer wing in 1977 which was later converted into State Crime Record Bureau on the lines of NCRB.Subsequently all the districts were supplied with computers to bring their crime records on the computer system.
