Udayam Theatre is a multiplex located in Chennai. The complex includes four cinemas: Udhayam, Mini Udhayam, Suriyan and Chandran. The 40,000 square feet (3,700 m2) theatre complex is located on a 1.31 acres (5,300 m2) plot on 100 feet (30 m) road in K. K. Nagar. The complex was built by 6 brothers in 1983. The complex was recently sold auction to S Paramasivan Pillai, whose bid was 80 crore rupees.
